This is the final period pattern project of the spring semester, since school's out for the summer: day dresses of the 1950s, including designs by Pauline Trigere and Dior.

And, that's it for half-forms for a few months.
Good luck to our three graduating MFAs! Jacki Blakeney Armit is off to Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival as a summer draper before starting in the fall as a shop supervisor, draper, and professor of costume production at Auburn University. Amanda Phillips heads out soon for NYC to freelance in Broadway production shops, and B. Daniel Weger is embarking on a tailoring career with an initial gig at Santa Fe Opera, on the production team for the costume designs of Tom Ford.
