If you enjoy reading this blog, you should surf through Instructables.com every now and then. They have TONS of cool step-by-step how-to projects, many of which are costume-related.

Here's a brief selection:

I love that site. I have to make some wings pretty soon and it's nice to have a choice of good potential designs. (I learned how to build a vacuform machine from that site too.)
