Judy Adamson's period pattern class this semester covers the progression of styles from the 14th to the 18th centuries.

In each of her classes, the students do full-sized half drapes of a given costume, in which they source fabrics, drape or draft the patterns using any extant period or contemporary research they may find, and construct the pieces on the half. In this round of the class, for each period two students choose male looks and two choose female.

The first period is 14th century, and here are some photos of the first round of projects which are on display right outside our shop!
