ha, it's funny you mention it, because i saw what were basically barbie hats on hair clips at the mall last week.
i like some of the tiny hats depending on the outfit (egl outfits, for example, work best with exaggerated rather than elegant accessories IMO), but generally yeah, most people make small hats way too small for my tastes. for a simple period inspired outfit I like them just scaled down slightly.
I have plans to make some regency style dresses soon so if you did sell these hats, i'd definitely be interested.
