I'm surprised to hear that it's difficult to dispose of old furs. If they've rotted, of course, the obvious thing to do is to throw them away and let them biodegrade. But if there's any way that they can be re-used, there's a thriving market for them on ebay: not only should it be simple to get them out of the company's stock, but there's at least a little money to be made in doing it.
