Gateway constantly amazes me, actually! They are across the hall from one of the organizations I work with, Alternate Roots, and sometimes we are lucky enough to get to borrow their lovely performance space, which has amazing masks hanging on the wall. Anyway, so they are members of Alternate Roots, and I got to see them perform at the Roots meeting in Arden, NC (long way to go to finally see them, eh), and they did things that were smarter and funnier than you ever would have believed with very simple white masks and paper.
