What kind of hair did Denise use? I made a Versailles-inspired wig last year and attempted to make my own wefts with jumbo braid (because I wanted to put streaks of color in it), and it was an unmitigated disaster. It barely held up through portfolio review despite numerous coats of clear-coat and everything else I could think of. Not to mention that I had to assemble and attach all the wefts in one session because it made such a huge mess... 4 colors of tangled hair all over the place.
