Yeah, there really isn't any copyright for costumers, but there should be. That's how people can teal each other's fashion ideas. I mean, it's okay to get *inspired* by someone else's work, but to completely rip it off as your own is not right (i.e. look at Fleur's wedding gown in DH part 1. Beautiful and all, but the idea was totally stolen).
