Fascinator by second-year grad Kaitlin Fara of hand-dyed guinea and biot feathers.

Low-crowned ladies riding topper by PRC props artisan Elizabeth Moss.

Left: Pillbox by second-year grad Samantha Greaves, of vintage 1960s boucle and feather spray.
Right: Crossdyed dupioni pillbox with vintage dotted silk veiling by first-year grad Adrienne Corral.

Left: Fascinator of grey figured sateen and antique lace by continuing education student Jennifer Mohrman.
Right: Faille and ultrasuede fascinator by first-year grad Adrienne Corral.

Complex buckram hat by millinery class graduate Candy McClernan. Candy took millinery two years ago and can't get enough, so she's doing some of the projects along with us just for the excuse to make more hats. This hat, a reproduction of a hat worn in the Ascot scene in the film version of My Fair Lady, is covered in black brocade and trimmed in wide white ribbon and horsehair braid, a black corded tassel, and vintage jewel garnitures.
